　　茲通知楹豐元氣學會（以下簡稱「本會」）領導委員會將收取各會員於二零零九年八月至二零一零年七月期間之會費，詳列如下：

財政年度期間：二零零九年八月一日至二零一零年七月三十一日（共十二個月）；
每人應繳會費：在職者港幣六十元正，在學者港幣四十八元正，前蘇戶康樂會會員可享有九五折優惠（在職者港幣五十七元正，在學者港幣四十六元正）；
繳交會費方法：請以現金一次過親自繳交予楹豐元氣學會領導委員會人員，否則會籍將被暫停；
徵收日期期間：二零零九年十二月三十一日至二零一零年三月三十一日，也歡迎額外捐款予本會（請先向楹豐元氣學會領導委員會人員索取「捐贈申請表格」）。
本財政年度之收據將於楹豐元氣學會六年大典時（暫定為二零一零年七月）向會員派發會費收據。至於已繳交蘇戶康樂會／楹豐元氣學會昔日年度會費而尚未取得收據者，請向楹豐元氣學會領導委員會揚聲索取。

Letter about Society Affairs

Here announce that the Leadership Committee of PropLuxurians Health Society (thereafter "PLHS") will collect the membership fee from 2009-08 till 2010-07 as below:

Period of the financial year: from 2009-08-01 till 2010-07-31 (totally 12 months).
Payable amount: HK$60 per each for at-work member, HK$48 per each for at-study member; members of former So Home Recreation Club (thereafter "SHRC") may be offered for 5% off discount (i.e, HK$57 per each for at-work member, HK$46 per each for at-study member).
Payment method: Members should pay the membership fee in full in cash by themselves to the staff of PLHS Leadership Committee on time, or will risk membership deactivation.
Collecting date: from 2009-12-31 till 2010-03-31. Additional donation are also welcomed (please get the "Application Form of Donation" form from the staff of PLHS Leadership Committee in advance).
The receipt of membership fee of this financial year will be distributed to paid members during the Sixth Anniversary Ceremony of PLHS (in 2010-07 provisionally). Please notify the staff of PLHS Leadership Committee if you had paid the membership fees of SHRC/PLHS during previous financial years but still have no receipt received.

PLHS reserves rights of final explanations against this notice.
